STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Standard orders are processed once card authorisation and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard UK delivery typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days and the rest of the world four (4) to twenty (20) business days.

Actual delivery times are subject to change. The delivery times displayed in the shopping bag at the time of your order will reflect when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day and will appear in your order confirmation email.

We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and are not able to ship to PO Boxes, British Forces Post Office (BFPO), Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

SPECIAL DELIVERY AND HANDLING UK

Orders placed with expedited delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM will arrive within 1 business days, pending credit card authorisation and verification.

Orders placed with Special Delivery Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM GMT UK, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK

We offer a standard international postal service provided such as UK Hermes or Royal Mail, please note there is no ability to speed up this service as it is both reliant on UK and home country postal services. Depending on where you are in the world depends on the ‘average’ delivery time. Below is an indication rather than a guarantee of time scales:

Republic of Ireland – 3-7 working days

Europe – 3-7 working days

US – 4-10 working days (Subject to Customs)

China – 7-20 working days (Subject to Customs)

African Countries – 5-20 working days (Subject to Customs)

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania – 5-10 working days (Subject to Customs)

Rest of the World – 7-20 working days (Subject to Customs)

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have been shipped. However, you may be billed for items purchased with a debit, bank card or paypal immediately upon order confirmation.

Please note: We do not ship to the Channel Islands – Jersey, Sark, Guernsey, Alderney and Herm and Jethou. Orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding UK holidays.

BANK HOLIDAYS UK SHIPPING

Please note that for UK shipping our carrier cannot deliver on a bank holiday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following business day.


MULTIPLE POSTAGE

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. Each shipment is treated as separate a sale/transaction.

POSTAL CARRIERS

Shipments are via UK post – Hermes, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS, DHL DPD or an independent courier service.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

We will send you an email to let you know that your special Queen of the Crop item is on its way.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

A signature maybe required on receipt of your parcel. If you are not available to accept delivery, Royal Mail, Parcel Force or independent courier service may leave your package with a neighbour and the delivery driver will leave a calling card with the house number where the package signed for and delivered at your address to let you know this has been done. If the package cannot be left with a neighbour, Royal Mail, Parcel Force or independent courier service will bring the package back to the local depot, and leave a calling card explaining how to arrange for redelivery.

CAN I COLLECT THE ITEM FROM YOU?

Unfortunately this is not possible; we operate according to our business needs and not necessary traditional working hours. However, please get in contact to discuss alternative options, i.e special delivery services.
