    Your products will be in draft/hidden if you have not completed the following or if you have saved it as a draft:
    Please check that you have completed
    Profile Picture – you can do this within your shop by going to the top righthand corner and click on the round icon near the basket, then go to profile
    Profile Banner – you can find this in My Shop, Branding
    The verification process – https://shopsnoir.com/vendor-verification/
    Shipping information https://shopsnoir.com/forums/topic/new-shipping-settings/
    check that you have not saved your product in draft

    If you have done all these checks and you still cannot see your products, please contact admin support at [email protected]
