The Multi Heritage Community Interest Company (CIC) Cookbook Project was set up with the following criteria:

Aim

To raise the profile of the African and Caribbean people in the UK

To raise the post-secondary academic standard of African and Caribbean children in the UK

 

Objectives

To pay for 2 years A-Level studies in an Independent school

To pay for after school tutoring for those that want to remain in State schools

 

Outcome

African and Caribbean children go to Oxford, Cambridge and London Universities which give them an excellent foundation for their job/career prospects and excellent lifestyle.

Proceeds from the sale of the Cookbooks go towards funding the Project and paying the School fees of the children.
