We started the shop because we saw a gap in the market with the use of African prints and children’s wear. These prints are so versatile and can be used to give a touch of colour and excitement or used fully and boldly. We started with the clothes and then extended into accessories and enjoyed every moment of our creativity.
As we are based in the UK and we use the Royal Mail for postage home and abroad. We post our goods worldwide. Any item going abroad will be posted with a tracker for everyone's peace of mind. International postage takes 2-3 weeks from the date of dispatch, sometimes longer if postal disputes are happening. It is also important for customers to provide the correct shipping address and collection of parcels, as liability of the responsibility of the cost of re-shipping will rest solely with them. If Items are not claimed by the customer and have to be returned to us, then the customer is responsible for the cost of reposting the item. If your home country is not included on our list, please contact us for a postage price.
We are happy to exchange or refund items as long as they have been returned in the condition sent, along with a valid reason for its return. We urge the customer to view the item carefully before ordering and if in any doubt or would like some more information or photos; contact us either through Shops' Noir or at [email protected] Returned items, unless faulty, can be returned at the expense of the customer.
