Damaged and faulty items If the item you have purchased arrives damaged or is faulty, complete this form giving details and submit. Unwanted items If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, complete this form giving details and submit. Please return the unused item in its original packaging with the copy of your completed form within 14 days of receipt of item for a refund. (Postage costs for unwanted items will not be refunded). Cancelling an order If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, click here or telephone 07593 407030 quoting your order number. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is dispatched. However, if the item has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure for unwanted items. Custom orders Unfortunately items made to order cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. For your own peace of mind we advise you use a delivery service that insures the value of your goods when returning an item.
