Please return the unused item in its original packaging with the copy of your completed form within 14 days of receipt of item for a refund. (Postage costs for unwanted items will not be refunded). We will do our best to cancel the order before it is dispatched. However, if the item has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure for unwanted items. Custom orders Unfortunately items made to order cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
