RETURNS POLICY Cancellations Your "ITEM(s)" are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days after the day you receive the item. In the event of any unwanted "ITEM(s)" or if you find that an “ITEM” is faulty, please let us know within a reasonable time in order that we can promptly refund or exchange them for you. All "ITEM" should be return unopened or unused in a resalable condition. You should let us know as soon as possible via [email protected] within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or, where it was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 14 calendar days after discovery. Please note you will not be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs incurred in returning the "ITEM(s)" to us unless the "ITEM(s)" are faulty or incorrect. You can expect your refund or replacement "ITEM(s)" within approximately 7 working days after we receive your faulty, incorrect or unwanted "ITEM(s)". Before returning any "ITEM(s)" to us please ensure that "ITEM(s)" are packaged suffciently. You are also advised to return "ITEM(s)" by royal mail first class signed for, recorded delivery or registered post. You will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We will email you the address of where to return the “ITEM”. Please return with the Transaction ID and a short note explaining the issues that you have. Returned “ITEM” without the information may cause undue delays in processing your refund. Returned “ITEM” received outside of this Returns Policy will be deemed as “In Dispute”. Such “In Dispute” items will not be refunded or exchanged and a reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such “In Dispute” items back to you at your own cost, alternatively they will be destroyed within 90 calendar days from date received.
